Kyiv expects Normandy Four ministerial meeting in Paris to speed up prisoner swap

"I am glad that the people are finally returning to their families. It's extremely difficult to work for their liberation, but when you succeed, you understand that not everything's in vain. I expect that a meeting of the Normandy Quartet foreign ministers in Paris, on March 3, would help intensify the liberation process even more," Kuchma's press secretary Darya Olifer quoted him as saying on her Facebook account on Friday. Earlier on Friday, President Petro Poroshenko had said three Ukrainian hostages had been freed from captivity in Donbas.
