Health ministry: flu death toll reaches 364 people

More than 80 percent of deaths were caused by pandemic flu virus, healthcare ministry’s press service reports. The virus’s type is A (H1N1), or so-called swine flu, that caused a global pandemic in 2009. Since the beginning of the epidemic season over 129 thousand people were vaccinated against flu, accounting for 0.33 percent of Ukraine’s population.
