Cabinet plans to sign agreement on "open skies" with EU in 2016

The document says the signing of the agreement will result in the liberalization of air transport markets with the EU, further technical and technological improvement of the air navigation system in Ukraine. As the Ministry of Infrastructure previously reported, the signing of the deal with the European Union has been constantly delayed because of a dispute over the sovereignty of Gibraltar between Spain and the United Kingdom.
