President approves new development concept for Ukrainian security, defence sector

"The development and preservation of possibilities, which will guarantee an appropriate and flexible response to the entire spectrum of threats to Ukraine's national security by rational use of the government's capacities and resources, have been declared as the primary objective of reforming and developing the security and defence sector," says a report published on the Ukrainian presidential website on Wednesday morning.
