Presidential envoy to conflict settlement talks: 693 Ukrainians missing in eastern Ukraine

"On the lists today are 693 missing persons – these are both civilians and MIA's, and our task today is to find them," she said at a plenary meeting at the Verkhovna Rada in Kyiv on Wednesday. According to her, much effort is being taken now to "launch a real search for the missing." Ukraine is also pressing for International Committee of the Red Cross representatives' access to occupied territories in eastern Ukraine, she added.
