“Today, on March 17, in Kyiv Defense Minister of Ukraine, General of Ukraine’s Army, Stepan Poltorak and Armed Forces Minister of Britain, Penny Mordaunt have signed a Memorandum on Mutual Assistance between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland on the cooperation in the sphere of defence,” according to the report.
