"Before the summit, I will sign an agreement with Ukraine, which provides for shipping uranium for nuclear power plants," said Australian Foreign Minister Julie Bishop in a statement. The minister also reminded that Australia has the same agreements with other countries, including Canada, China, France, India, Japan, Republic of Korea, Russia, Britain and the U.S., and stated that Australia is ranked first according to the Global Review Initiative on reducing Nuclear Threat Initiative. In addition to signing the agreement with Ukraine, Australian minister will meet with President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko at the Washington Summit.
