On april 5 next conscription campaign to military service started in Ukraine. It will last until June 30, Defense Ministry spokesman Olexiy Chornobay informed.
He said the number of people who are planned to be consripted is to be verified and will depend on measures taken by law enforcing forces of the state.
The spokesman said that the military service term is 1.5 years for those who do not have complete higher education, and one year for those who have it.
Olexiy Chornobay stressed that according to the order of the President of Ukraine, the soldiers will serve exclusively outside the area of anti-terrorist operations.
