Klimkin, Lavrov discuss political prisoners, Mejlis, east Ukraine

"I and Sergei Lavrov talked about our political prisoners in Russia, the situation in Donbas and ban on the Mejlis," Klimkin wrote. Earlier, Russian Foreign Ministry released the statement saying that this conversation was held on the initiative of Ukraine and that the ministers discussed the progress of the Minsk Agreements implementation.
