Association Agreement with Ukraine de facto takes effect – EU

Twenty-seven EU member countries have ratified the association agreement with Ukraine. The Netherlands has preliminarily ratified that agreement, so it could be said that the agreement has preliminarily taken effect, Hahn said at a press conference in Kyiv on Thursday. Now the European Council should decide what to do next. Hahn said that Ukraine and the EU could cooperate even under the current circumstances.
