OSCE mission: Militants pressuring monitors

On three occasions recently, the militants denied entering the districts or barred the mission from getting closer than 150 meters from border checkpoints, reads the report. In another village, separatists threatened to open fire if the OSCE team enters the district. The monitoring mission has been constantly reporting of Russia-backed militants preventing them from carrying out observation.
