"The circumstances of the tragic event are being investigated. It is only known that the workers were injured by the grenade explosion that had been sitting in the ground of the energy generating company. Now the two employees are being operated on by local surgeons in the town hospital," Luhansk region governor Yuri Harbuz noted.
