OSCE police mission to be deployed in Donbas

The participants in a telephone conversation in 'Normandy format' held in the early hours of Tuesday, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko, Russian President Vladimir Putin, French President Francois Hollande and German Chancellor Angela Merkel, have expressed their support for the deployment of the OSCE police mission in Donbas.
Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko noted the deteriorating security situation in Donbas particularly shelling in the area of Avdiyvka , which are a real obstacle to progress in the peace settlement. He called on Russia to withdraw its troops from the occupied part of Donbas
During the conversation, the sides reiterated the importance of strictly observing the ceasefire regime and stressed the need for the full implementation of the Minsk agreements.
