“In a month we’re planning to make a preliminary concept, and by this autumn we’ll have an open discussion of this project and all its details,” Kadygrob said. Volodymyr Viatrovych, Chairman of the Ukrainian Institute of National Memory, in turn, said that the issue of financing has not been solved yet as the number of exhibits in the museum is still unknown. “The creation of such a museum is the next level of decommunization. This will promote similar actions in other regions,” Viatrovych added.
