Militants shells Ukrainian positions 63 times in past 24 hours

Thirty-three strikes were recorded in the Donetsk region, with militant forces using 122mm artillery weapons, banned by the Minsk agreements, in Zaitseve and Dacha, and 120mm mortars militants used in Nevelske, Opytne, Pisky and Kirove, the press center said. Militant units also used grenade launchers of different systems and large-caliber machineguns against Avdiyivka, it said. The militants opened fire 28 times near the city of Mariupol. In particular, militant forces fired large-caliber machineguns more than once at the Ukrainian army's positions in Shyrokyne and Talakivka. Militant forces used banned 120mm mortars near Krasnohorivka, 82mm mortars near Hnutove and they used the antitank missile system in Hranitne. In Luhansk region militans twice opened fire near Novozvanivka.
