The State Fiscal Service System needs fundamental reform, systemic layoffs and staff reductions. This was stated by Minister of Finance Olexander Danyluk, while commenting on the recent arrest on bribery of the chief of the Fiscal Sertvice central office.
According to the minister, instead of fighting against individual cases of corruption it is necessary to completely clear fiscal service. Oleksandr Danyluk said that in open competitions honest young professionals will be recruited ,new electronic systems will be introduce to ensure more transparency and enhanced control over the staff.
