Son of ex-mayor of Kyiv Chernovetsky detained in Spain

Eleven people, including the son former Kyiv mayor Leonid Chernovetsky, Stepan, have been detained in Barcelona during a special operation of local law enforcement officers on suspicion of money laundering, the Ukrainska Pravda online edition reports, citing Spain's El Mundo news portal.
The detainees are accused of involvement in a criminal organization, money laundering, forgery of official documents, and tax fraud.
