Parliament opens way for investment in Chornobyl exclusion zone

"I hope the parliament, by adopting this law, opened a way for investors in Ukraine," he said. Semerak added the law also solves the problem of issuing permits for special use of water objects and emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere. The minister believes the adoption of this document will make it possible to change attitude to the exclusion zone, which is very necessary, as from the date of the Chornobyl disaster 30 years have passed, the contaminated area has become much safer.
