Militants shell Ukrainian troops in Donbas 54 times in past day

In Mariupol area, Ukrainian servicemen came under mortar fire near Krasnohorivka (29 km west of Donetsk), Hnutove (19km north-west of Mariupol) and Vodiane (16km north-west of Donetsk) and under small arms fire near Marinka (35 km south-west of Donetsk). In Donetsk area, the tensest situation is still observed in Avdiyivka (18km north of Donetsk), where the terrorists used 120mm and 82mm mortars, grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and small arms to shell Ukrainian troops. In addition, the militants used 120mm mortar to fire at Mayorske (45km north of Donetsk), 82mm mortars – to shell Butovka coal mine (11.4km north-west of Donetsk), Opytne (11.5km north-west of Donetsk) and Zaitseve (67km north-north-east of Donetsk).
