Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko has accepted the resignation of Viktor Nosenko from the post of the prosecutor of Chernihiv region.The Prosecutor General's Office started to investigate in mid-July the accusations made by Radical Party Leader Oleh Liashko against Prosecutor Nosenko. Liashko accused Nosenko of concocting criminal cases against his associates.
