“The Kyiv city budget received by UAH 2.3 billion more than expected, this means that in the first half year we got more revenues than it was projected. If we take the same period of the last year, then during that period we obtained about UAH 8 billion, and this year we planned to receive UAH 9 billion, but in fact we got UAH 11 billion. Thus, we can say that the city is moving in the right direction, the budget is fulfilled and we’re ahead of the schedule,” Strannikov said. He also stressed that the city council managed to get more revenues to the city budget due to the tax on personal income, land payment, single tax and company income tax.
