OSCE Representative in Trilateral Contact Group sees progress in Minsk talks

He explained that participants in the economic working group had again thoroughly discussed the problems of restoration of infrastructure: "The issues of restoration of railways management system and payment of salaries to railway personnel are being solved positively, though slowly." He added that restoration of power lines and water supply system had also been discussed. The humanitarian subgroup touched upon the release of captives and the problem of missing persons.
