According to a report on the PGO website, the former prosecutor is accused of abuse of power and official position, which has resulted in substantial harm to legitimate rights, freedoms, and interests of the citizens of Ukraine, as well as the state represented by the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine in the form of undermining the authority of the state body.
