Ihor Plotnytsky, the head of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic, was badly shell-shocked in a bomb attack this morning, but his injuries are not thought to be life-threatening. Plotnytsky has been confirmed to be in a stable condition. Rumors that he left the hospital were groundless.
