In the building of Energy and Mines Ministry five miners of the "Selidovo" coal mine continue their hunger strike for the fifth day running demanding payment of the wage arrears. This was informed by head of the Independent Trade Union of Miners Mikhailo Volynets on his page in Facebook.
He said that state of miners' health is deteriorating. Among them there are diabetics. Minister of Energy and Mines Ihor Nasalyk promised that the wage arrears to miners will be paid on August 28.
