This was stated by President Petro Poroshenko during handing over keys for apartments to officers of State Security Service. He noted that the SBU with other law enforcement bodies make the foundation of independence.
Poroshenko said that the level of public confidence, gained recently by the Ukrainian secret service, should be kept as the apple of the eye, because it is the basis of the effectiveness of its operation.
