Ukraine-EU Association Agreement starts to compensate for war losses – Poroshenko

"The agreement on association with the European Union is working and gradually compensating for colossal losses inflicted by war and economic aggression from Russia. Moscow is trying to smother us with the shock shutdown of its market and blocking of our transit to other countries," Poroshenko said at a military parade dedicated to the 25th anniversary of Ukraine’s Independence in Kyiv on Wednesday. As we have reported, the free trade deal which is part of Ukraine-EU association agreement entered into force on January 1st.
