Ukrainian Deputy Defense Minister for European integration Ihor Dolhov has met with a NATO defense planning delegation in Kyiv; the delegation arrived in Ukraine on August 29 to participate in an expert session on Ukraine's involvement in the planning and appraisal of forces process.The sides discussed progress of reforms in the Ukrainian Armed Forces and fields for further expert consulting and NATO practical support to the Ukrainian army, in particular, from the angle of the NATO summit in Warsaw.
The delegation is due to have working meetings with the heads of relevant units of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry and Armed Forces' General Staff, and representatives of the State Border Service, the National Guard, the State Emergency Service and the Security Service.
