Verkhovna Rada Chairman Andriy Parubiy will participate in the European Conference of Presidents of Parliaments in Strasbourg, France, on September 13-17.Parubiy is scheduled to meet with heads of parliaments of European countries. He will also have a series of bilateral meetings.
