Zaporizhia Regional Council at a meeting on Tuesday upheld an address of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine dated October 27, 2015 to the United Nations and other international institutions concerning the recognition of Russia as an aggressor-country, and the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Luhansk people's republics as terrorist organizations.
The UKROP party member also suggested banning pro-Russian performing artists from touring in Zaporizhia region. However, the initiative was not supported.
