The Cabinet adopted a resolution on further implementation of decentralization - in the part of reforming of local government and local communities.Reporting on this issue at the government meeting, Deputy Prime Minister Gennady Zubko said that this resolution provides for allocation of about UAH 30 million from the reserve fund to local budgets. Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman has stated that the growth of local budgets next year will amount to UAH 25 billion, when presenting the draft national budget for 2017 in the parliament.
Groysman noted the decentralization process is often delayed due to a lack of support from the parliament.
