Fixed telephone communication in Ukraine to cost more

The National Commission for Communications Regulation reported that it adopted a draft resolution to increase telephone tariffs. By the end of the year tariffs will be increased on average by 10.5 percent for the population and budget institutions, and from 1 January 2017 fixed telephone communication for public institutions will go up by 21%.
