Next year the government plans to implement 80 projects of restoration of Donbass total of nearly UAH 300 million. According to the press service of the Ministry of temporarily occupied territories and internally displaced persons, this means the "emergency loan program for the restoration of Ukraine."
The Government implements it in cooperation with the European Investment Bank. Nearly UAH 630 million USD is allocated to implement this program. One third of this money is planned to channel to infrastructure renewal areas controlled by Ukraine in Donetsk and Lugansk regions.
More than UAH 300 million will be distributed between Kharkiv, Zaporizhia and Dnipropetrovsk regions that accepted most internally displaced persons.
