On October 4, the Parliament is considering a number of important issues of environmental, industrial policy and entrepreneurship. These are bills on environmental protection. Some of them concern the implementation of European standards.
Among the issues of industrial policy and entrepreneurship are amendments to the Tax and Customs Codes regarding the development of domestic production through incentives to attract investments in the real economy by means of industrial parks.
Meanwhile, in front of the parliament building farmers are picketing against raiding and lifting of the moratorium on land sales. They demand restitution of agrarian sector taxation system that was in effect before 1 January 2015 and to extend the moratorium on sale of agricultural land untill whole range of legislation needed to complete land reform is completely developed.
