Government to encourages citizens to consume energy efficiently

The Social Policy Ministry develops a system to encourage citizens for economical energy consumption. Savings made by families they received from subsidy funds will remain on their accounts only within one heating season, and if a family consumes less gas than established by social norms, their savings will be taken into account in future payments, including compulsory payments for utilities services. The government started to work hard to monetize unused subsidies after the new heating season.
