“As a result of squall winds in 4 districts of the city and 6 districts of the region, 86 trees felt down that killed three people (including one 11-year-olf child), and one person was injured,” reads the report. Also, 151 populated areas in 17 districts of the region are still without electricity because the protection system of transmission facilities was activated.
