The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine will consider in the first reading on October 20 a bill on the national budget for 2017.The bill should pass three readings. Parliament should consider the document in the first reading no later than on October 20, in the second reading by November 25.The Verkhovna Rada until December 1 should pass changes to the draft law on the national budget for 2017 that will be prepared by the Parliamentary budget committede by October 18 .
As you know, the draft state budget-2017 provides the biggest expenditures for the defense.
