Vice PM Klympush-Tsyntsadze, PACE delegation discuss holding of elections in occupied Donbas

"This part of the Minsk agreements currently cannot be performed due to the security situation. Even the OSCE mission cannot get access to certain areas in eastern Ukraine, so how can the Ukrainian Government hold elections there?!" the Vice Prime Minister wondered. The interlocutors also discussed granting Ukraine visa-free regime with the EU. Klympush-Tsyntsadze emphasized that Ukraine had fully implemented the action plan on visa liberalization and stressed that Ukraine had demonstrated that migration was not a threat to the EU, despite the Russian aggression.
