Ukraine, Norway sign declaration of partnership

President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko stated this at the joint press conference with Norwegian Prime Minister Erna Solberg in Oslo, Ukrinform reports. "Norway has been our reliable friend and strategic partner in the difficult times for Ukraine. And I have been very pleased to sign today with Mrs. Prime Minister the Declaration of Partnership between Ukraine and the Kingdom of Norway," Poroshenko said.
