Normandy Four meeting to be held in Berlin on October 19

The "Normandy format" summit should become a test of whether you can continue to consistently put pressure on the Russian leadership in the implementation of the Minsk agreements.
As the Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin said, it is binding on the eve of the European Council session, that among other things will address relationship with Russia. According to the minister, the matter is about a joint pressure on Russia to make to fulfill the part of the Minsk agreements concerning security issues.
Following this the parties should approve a roadmap of implementation by Ukraine of political agreements. However Pavlo Klimkin said that he does not expect any breakthroughs from the 'Normandy Four' meeting .
