Ukraine rapidly restores strategic position in the rocket-building. This is what NSDC Secretary Oleksandr Turchynov said commenting the successful launch in the US of the modernized PH Antares, for which Ukraine made a rocket booster of the medium class . According to the NSDC Secretary, Ukraine creates modern military missile complexes to protect the state as well as advanced missile systems for the development of peaceful space.
