Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko believes that today there are all grounds to extend sanctions against the Russian Federation, as it does not fulfill its commitments under the Minsk agreements.
"The major part of negotiations was devoted to security issues," the president said in an interview with Ukrainian journalists commenting on the results of the negotiations with Normandy Four leaders (Ukraine, Germany, France and Russia) in Berlin.
According to him, leaders of Normandy Four nations agreed on the need to lay out a roadmap of political settlement in eastern Ukraine before the end of the year for implementation of the Minsk agreements.
