Russian law enforcers have detained two citizens of Ukraine in St. Petersburg, one of whom is suspected of attacking a PrivatBank armored car in Chernihiv region and the murder of three collectors a year ago.
According to local mass media, the St. Petersburg police detained the suspected killer of three Ukrainian collectors on October 22.
