Due to worsening weather in Kyiv the city authority created a special operational headquarters. In "Kyivavtodor" about 20 thousand tons of technical salt and more than 28 thousand tons of sand have been already prepared.
We recall that due to first snow in the capital about 170 road traffic accidents were recorded.
