The International Monetary Fund (IMF) has confirmed its mission within the EFF program will come to Kyiv in early November and the country could get the fourth tranche by the end of the year."The mission will visit Kyiv in early November. That will be to do two things: to conduct the discussions on the IMF program but also assess the implementation under the program and discuss policies for the period ahead," IMF spokesperson Gerry Rice said at a traditional press briefing in Washington.In addition, he confirmed Ukraine could obtain the fourth tranche by the end of the year.
