According to Ukrainian Deputy Defence Minister Oleksandr Dublian, the ratification of Memorandum will create legal basis for the Ukrainian-British cooperation in the sphere of defence, in particular personnel trainings; development of military and technical cooperation; participation in joint military exercises; procurement of military equipment, weapons and resources; trainings of intelligence specialists. Oleksandr Dublian also reminded that the Memorandum was signed on the initiative of British side in Kyiv on March 17.
