OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) in Ukraine again reports limited access to disengagement areas

The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) in Ukraine reported limited access to areas of force and hardware disengagement in Donbas in the area of Zolote, Stanytsia Luhanska and Petrivske populated localities due to mines.
In the SMM stressed that SMM is ready/able to monitor, but needs access. JCCC should assist in ensuring safe & unhindered access for SMM, co-ordinate demining.
