EU Council greenlights inter-institutional negotiations on visa-free regime for Ukraine

This has been supported at a meeting of the Committee of the Permanent Representatives of the Governments of the Member States to the European Union on Thursday, Ukrinform reports. At the same time, the main political condition for completion of this process should have been the new so-called safety mechanism for suspension of the visa-free regime with all third countries.
