"I have recently talked to Frank-Walter Steinmeier [Foreign Minister of Germany]. We have defined that November 29 is a possible date for the next meeting," Klimkin said. He expressed hope for a progress in the issue on access of the International Committee of the Red Cross to the uncontrolled territories. "We are working very closely with the International Committee of the Red Cross to ensure at least minimal access. I hope for the progress in the coming days. But in general, we must move forward to the release of hostages but not only to the organization of access for the Red Cross," the minister said.
