Government approves concept of health system reform

According to him, the concept concerns three areas: collection of contributions through general taxation, which will be transferred to the state budget; establishment of a national insurance company - the National Health Service state operator; payment for each individual service. According to the deputy minister, as early as in 2017 Ukrainians will be able to freely choose a doctor at the level of primary care.
